Waverley Council is seeking submissions from experienced food and beverage operators to lease the new ground floor café and adjoining outdoor seating area, Mill Hill and Boot Factory building, 31–33 Spring Street, Bondi Junction. The building is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment and will be coming online in July 2024.

The premises comprise of approx. 100sqm (internal) and 35.4sqm (outdoor seating area) with approval for the sale of liquor. The newly refurbished premises comes complete with full kitchen fitout. There is also the potential opportunity to provide catering services to support the activties taking place across the precinct.

The lease term is three years with a further two-year option.
