Aboriginal Health Council of South Australia limited is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced financial service providers to assist in various financial tasks and responsibilities. As a reputable organization dedicated to meet the health needs of Aboriginal people in South Australia, we recognize the importance of sound financial management in achieving our goals and ensuring long-term sustainability.
Term of Contract: 2 Years
The scope of services:
The selected financial service provider will be responsible for the following tasks:
● Preparation of Annual Statutory Financial Statements.
● Prepare and lodge the Fringe Benefits Tax Return for the fiscal year.
● Assist in Integrating the consolidated and team budgets into financial reporting system.
● Prepare and lodge relevant Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) accurately and in a timely manner.
● Generate detailed monthly management reports to the Executive Team.
● Prepare comprehensive quarterly financial reports for presentation to the Board of Directors.
● Attend the Annual General Meeting to address any financial queries and provide updates on financial matters to stakeholders.
● Manage outsourced financial tasks, including fortnightly payroll processing, payroll payments, superannuation reconciliation and payments.
● Attend meetings related to the provision of financial services and future engagements.
Submission Requirements:
Interested financial service providers are requested to submit the following documents:
● Provide an overview of your organization, including experience, qualifications, and expertise in delivering financial services.
● Detail your approach to providing the specified financial services, including methodologies, timelines, and any value-added services you can offer.
● Include references from previous clients or projects.
● Clearly outline your pricing structure.
