TENDER
AB2405 Provision of Public Toilet, Barbecues and Hall Cleaning Services
Tenders are invited for the provision of cleaning services for public toilets, barbecues and public halls throughout the Kingborough municipality, including on Bruny Island, under a schedule of rates term contract arrangement for term of two years with a 1 + 1 option, commencing on or about 1 August 2024 with an option to extend for a further one year, and an additional one year at the discretion of Kingborough Council’s Chief Executive Officer. Tenders must include all of mainland Kingborough or all of Bruny Island, but not necessarily both areas.
Tender documents are available to registered suppliers through Kingborough Council’s Vendor Panel portal and will only be accepted electronically through https://vendorpanel.com.au Public Tenders.
It is highly recommended to attend a pre-tender meeting to be held at the Kingborough Council Depot Office, 182 Channel Highway Kingston on Thursday 13 June at 10:30 a.m.
Tender documents will only be available through the electronic portal when the tender opens after 9:00 a.m. Monday 3 June 2024. Tenders must be lodged through the Vendor Panel portal and be fully uploaded by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday 4 July 2024. Late tenders or tenders hand-delivered or received by post, facsimile or email will not be accepted.
