TENDER
Kingborough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified suppliers for the following materials contract:
AB2502 Milling, Filling and Placement of Asphalt, and Bitumen Spray Seals
This contract is for the appointment of a single supplier for a term of two (2) years with an additional 1 + 1 year option for a further 2 years.
The Tender is open from 17 April 2025. A pre-tender meeting will be held at Kingborough Council’s Works Depot, 182 Channel Highway Kingston on Tuesday 29 April 2025 at 10:30 a.m. The Tender closes on 23 May 2025.
Tender documents are available to registered suppliers through Kingborough Council’s electronic tendering portal Vendorpanel.com.au. For unregistered suppliers, registration is free at https://www.vendorpanel.com.au/publictenders.aspx. Tenders must be lodged through the VendorPanel portal and be fully uploaded by 5:00 p.m. Friday 23 May 2025. Tenders hand-delivered or received by post, facsimile or email will not be accepted. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted to join the panel.
