INVITES EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Expressions of interest are being sought from suitably qualified builders for the construction of a new Prep Centre at the Calvary Christian College campus in Townsville, QLD.
The project consists of the construction of a new prep building (4 x GLA’s with associated indoor and outdoor supporting spaces), external covered walkway, playground, landscaping works, access roadway, and additional external works.
Tenders will be invited in May 2024 for construction commencing July 2024. Please provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience, work in progress, value of projects and ability to meet construction deadlines.
