The Woombye Snakes Football Club located at 10 Back Woombye Road, Woombye QLD 4559 is undergoing an upgrade to their Change rooms and Amenities Block. Suitably qualified and experienced contractors are invited to submit an expression of interest for this project.
Works involve the refurbishment of two existing change rooms, construction and fit out of two new change rooms and construction and fit out of a new referees room, including but not limited to new shower cubicles - including new plumbing and drainage provisions, new floor and wall finishes, new windows and glazing and general new joinery, finishes, fixtures and fittings. The project requires completion by Feb/March 2025 and a tender panel will be selected from the registered entities.
