Kawana Waters Surf Life Saving Club are upgrading the surf life saving facilities at its premises at 99 Pacific Boulevard, Buddina QLD 4575. The project value falls into the sub $2 million bracket and requires an immediate commencement and delivery. The works involve the demolition of part of the current surf club and the construction of a two storey building with equipment storage on the ground floor and office space, meeting rooms, bathrooms and a large open training area on the first floor. The project also includes a new entry pavilion to the Club. Suitably qualified and experienced contractors are invited to submit an expression of interest for the construction of the project which has been designed and is going through the DA process.
Expressions of interest can be submitted to kane@kald.com.au by 5pm on 24 April 2024 and formal tenders for those invited will close on 15 May 2024.
