Stages 5A & 5C Branch Sewers
KLM Spatial on behalf of Cardinia Business Park Pty Ltd invite Tenders from South East Water accredited contractors (categories SC2, SC7 & R3) for the construction of branch sewer mains for an industrial development at 60-130 Greenhills Road, Pakenham (Stage 5A Refs: KLM 10840.5A.BS, SEW 23PD4005, Stage 5C Refs: KLM 10840.5C.BS, SEW 24PD6763)
The works include the construction of approximately:
Stage 5A:
•970m of 600dia sewer main at approximate depths ranging from of 2.5m to 4.7m, inclusive of a bore under an arterial road.
Stage 5C:
•330m of 600dia sewer main at approximate depths ranging from of 2.4m to 3.2m.
It is intended to let both parcels of work to the one accredited contractor.
Accordingly, only accredited South East Water sewer contractors able to perform SC2, SC7 & R3 categories will be considered for this project.
