Expressions of interest are called from interested persons for appointment of a Contractor to perform Caretaking Functions (in particular routine maintenance and gardening) for a 48 unit / 7 level residential complex situated on the Gold Coast (Southern end).
Term of appointment: Initial three (3) years appointment commencing 01/10/2024 (or by negotiation), with further 3 year option to extend subject to then satisfactory performance.
