Unclaimed Goods
Schedule 1 - Notice of request for collection of goods (Section 5 of Act)
NOTICE Is given:
1. That Cindy-Marie Jaffe of 13A Wattle St Morphett Vale is in possession of the following goods:
Used Mattress, items of old & new clothing, cookie cutters, pillows, cushions, ps2 controller & console (no cords), used pram, used desk, photo, key ring, used cube shelving, quilt cover & pillow covers used.
2. That Caitlim Wilby of No fixed address or such other person as may be the owner of the above goods, is requested to collect the goods within 42 days of the date of this notice.
3. That the goods are available for collection at U - Store-it, 20 Aldenhoven Rd, Lonodale at the following times, or between the following hours. 9am.- 10am. - Saturday 13/4/2024
4. That if the goods are not collected by the due date, the bailee may, after three months, proceed to sell or dispose of the goods in accordance with the Unclaimed Goods Act 1987.
