TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES
BEACH STREET, BELLERIVE and
LUTTRELL AVENUE, BELLERIVE
Pursuant to Section 25(1) of the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982, notice is given that for the purpose of conducting Council’s major stormwater infrastructure upgrades the following roads will be affected:
Beach Street, Bellerive will be closed to through traffic between Church Street and Luttrell Avenue from Tuesday, 28 January 2025 to Wednesday, 30 April 2025; and
Luttrell Avenue, Bellerive will be closed to through traffic between Beach Street and Facy Street from Tuesday, 28 January 2025 to Wednesday, 30 April 2025.
Temporary Beach and Foreshore Path Closure
Notice is given that for the purpose of completing Council’s major stormwater infrastructure upgrade, a section of Bellerive Beach and the foreshore path at the end of Beach Street will be temporarily closed from Tuesday, 28 January 2025 and progressively reopened by Wednesday, 30 April 2025. A temporary path diversion will be established on Luttrell Avenue for the period of the closure, please obey signage and direction of the Contractor.
