The draft amendment relates to the proposed rezoning of 1262m2 of 10 Bindara Road, Tranmere from “Low Density Residential” zone to “General Residential” zone.

Clarence City Council acting as the Planning Authority has agreed to certify the draft amendment to the Clarence Local Provision Schedule maps and proceed with public exhibition.

The amendment is being advertised for 28 days as required by Section 40G and 40H of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993. The documentation can be inspected at the Council offices, 38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park during office hours, or viewed on Council’s website at https://www.ccc.tas.gov.au until 18 June 2024.
