to you as the OWNER that the property situated at 7 Havelock Rd, Eaglehawk Neck identified as
Property ID 7122342 contained in Certificate of Title 19004/3 number is to be sold for nonpayment
of rates.
Rates on the above property have been outstanding for a period of three (3) years. A total of
$30,580.63 is currently outstanding and pursuant to the Act, unless the outstanding rates are
paid in full within 90 days of the date of this notice, the property will be sold by Council by public
auction.

identified as Property ID 5962997 contained in Certificate of Title 55610/5 number is to be sold
for non-payment of rates.
Rates on the above property have been outstanding for a period of three (3) years. A total of
$34,685.88 is currently outstanding and pursuant to the Act, unless the outstanding rates are
paid in full within 90 days of the date of this notice, the property will be sold by Council by public
auction.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN if the total amount of rates arrears is not paid within ninety (90) days
of the due service of this notice upon you the Council will sell the Lands by public auction for the
