Screen Queensland is proposing to deliver new infrastructure at the above address. The proposed infrastructure is a film production studio to accommodate the functions of Screen Queensland. The development will utilise the existing building and involve the following:

• Gross floor area (internal) approximately 6,500m2

• External covered area approximately 1,600m2

• Vehicle access to Plath Close and Fearnley Street; and

• Approximately 89 parking spaces, including 2 spaces for PWD.
