Partial Road Closure
Road Resurfacing Night Works
LAMPTON AVENUE AND HOWARD ROAD DERWENT PARK
Under Section 21 of the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982, notice is hereby given that Contractors will be undertaking road resealing works in Lampton Ave and Howard Rd Derwent Park.
Nightworks will commence on Sunday 14th April 2024 for approx. 2 weeks, between the hours of 6.00pm until 6.00am, subject to prevailing weather and unforeseen conditions.
Lampton Ave from Main Rd to Brooker Ave and Howard Rd from Lampton Ave to entrance to showgrounds, will be subject to partial road closures and detours with delays of up to 15 minutes expected to occur.
Council apologises for the inconvenience this may cause during this time and requests all Motorists and Pedestrians to obey all speed and advisory signs and use alternative /detour routes where possible during the above times.
