Aboriginal cultural heritage consultation requirements for proponents 2010

Health Infrastructure is conducting an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment for the proposed development of the Rouse Hill Hospital located on the corner of Commercial Road and Windsor Road (Lot 311 DP 1274392 and Lot 312 DP 1274392), Rouse Hill in NSW. Health Infrastructure is seeking to consult with Aboriginal people who hold cultural knowledge relevant to determining the significance of Aboriginal objects and places in the area associated with the Rouse Hill Hospital Development.

The purpose of the consultation is to assist Health Infrastructure in the preparation of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment to assist the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) in their determination of the State Significant Development application.

Health Infrastructure invites Aboriginal persons or groups who may hold cultural knowledge of, or who have a right or interest in, the Aboriginal cultural heritage of the location to register their interest in the community consultation.

All registrations of interest must be received by 5 pm Sunday 16 June 2024. Please register in writing to:
