Publication of Information for Assessment on Preliminary Documentation under Section 95B of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).

National Intermodal Corporation Limited is proposing to construct and operate an intermodal freight terminal and associated infrastructure at 2025 Merriang Road, Beveridge (Stage 1A) (EPBC 2023/09693). The proposed action has potential to impact listed threatened species and communities (Sections 18 and 18A) protected under Part 3 of the EPBC Act, specifically Victorian Grassland Earless Dragon (Tympanocryptis pinguicolla) and Herne Swamp wetland and the associated waterways, species and community habitat as a Commonwealth Action (Section 28).

Pursuant to Section 95B of the EPBC Act, the preliminary documentation is available for viewing for a period of 10 business days from 5 May 2025 to 16 May 2025 inclusive.
