NOTICE FOR CLAIMS

REGINALD BARRY BACON (also known as BARRY BACON) late of St Ann’s Aged Care, 142 Davey Street, Hobart in Tasmania, Retired Retail Manager, Single Deceased. Creditors, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the property or estate of the deceased, REGINALD BARRY BACON (also known as BARRY BACON) who died on 8^th day of April 2025, are required by the Executor, TPT WEALTH LTD of Level 2 137 Harrington Street, Hobart in Tasmania, to send particulars to the said Company by the 4^th day of July 2025, after which date the Executor may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
