Proposed termination of Strata Schemes No. 68360, 75848 and 88483 being property situated at 12 Waters Road, Neutral Bay NSW 2089
Notice is given of an intention to apply to the Registrar General for an order terminating the above Strata Schemes and the consequent winding up of the Owners Corporation, pursuant to section 142 of the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015 (NSW).
Any person having any claim against the Owners Corporation of the above Strata Schemes or any estate or interest in or claim against any of the lots comprised in the Strata Schemes is required, on or before 6th June 2025, to send particulars of the estate, interest or claim to Mills Oakley, Level 7 151 Clarence Street Sydney, New South Wales 2000.
