PUBLIC NOTICE

PROPOSAL TO INSTALL A NEW MOBILE PHONE BASE STATION AT AN EXISTING TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITY

1. Telstra is proposing to install a new mobile phone base station at an existing telecommunications facility located at 14-16 Landau Court, Burpengary QLD 4505 (RFNSA: 4505014)

2. This installation will consist of:

• One (1) new headframe installed on the existing 30m monopole at an elevation of 25m
• Three (3) new panel antennas (<3m in length) installed on the new headframe at an elevation of 25m
• Three (3) new panel antennas (<1m in length) installed on the new headframe at an elevation of 25.8m
• One (1) new outdoor equipment cabinet, installed adjacent to the base of the monopole, in the existing fenced compound area
• The installation of ancillary equipment including, but not limited to, antenna mounts, remote radio units, filters, junction boxes, hybrid cables, cable tray, GPS antenna, and associated electrical works in the existing compound area

3. In accordance with Section 7 of the Industry Code C564:2025 Mobile Phone Base Station Deployment, we invite you to make comments about the proposal.
