NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Council under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 for the use or development of land as follows:

The above application has been referred to the Board of the Environment Protection Authority (the Board) for assessment under the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 (EMPCA). An Environmental Effects Report (EER) has been lodged in support of the application.
A copy of the full development application is available for public inspection during the notification period at:
• Council offices, 19 Alexander Street, Bothwell & 6 Tarleton Street, Bothwell during normal office hours, or the plans may be viewed on Council’s website at https://www.centralhighlands.tas.gov.au , until 12th June 2025.
