Proposed termination of Neighbourhood Scheme No DP285220 situated at Trawler Lane and Old Punt Road, Swan Bay, NSW 2324.
Notice is given of an intention to apply to the Registrar General for an order terminating the above Neighbourhood Scheme and the consequent winding up of the Neighbourhood Association, pursuant to Part 9 Division 2 of the Community Land Development Act 2021 (NSW).
Any person having any claim against the Neighbourhood Association of the above Neighbourhood Scheme or any estate or interest in or claim against any of the lots comprised in the Neighbourhood Scheme is required, on or before 20 May 2025, to send particulars of the estate, interest or claim to PO Box 2391 Dangar NSW 2309.
