PROPOSAL TO UPGRADE EXISTING TELSTRA TELECOMMUNICATIONS BASE STATION FACILITY at SCG
- The proposal comprises the upgrade of the existing Telstra Base Stations, on the stadiums Churchill and Bill O’Reilly Stand rooftops at Sydney Cricket Ground, 40 Driver Avenue, MOORE PARK NSW 2021. Site Ref: 42637 RFNSA: http://www.rfnsa.com.au/2021005 The proposed upgrade works consists of the following;
- The removal of seven (7) existing panel antennas
- Installation of six (6) new panel antennas (overall), three (3) 2688mm x 498mm x 197mm and three (3) 793mm x 408mm x 235mm
- Installation of new ancillary equipment including Remote Radio Units (RRU’s), mounts, feeders, cabling and other associated equipment
- The proposed installation is deemed to be Low Impact under the Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities) Determination 2018 and does not require Council development consent.
