The Law Society of Tasmania, being the prescribed authority gives notice that it proposes to make rules about legal practice. The object of the rules is to amend the current rules governing restrictions on members of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal appearing before, or undertaking work on behalf of a client in Tribunal proceedings.
The proposed rules may be accessed by attending the Law Society of Tasmania at 28 Murray Street, Hobart or at https://www.lst.org.au.
