1. The proposed works include the addition of new 4G & 5G equipment and associated works including the relocation of 2 existing Optus panel antennas (less than 2.8m long); the replacement of 5 existing panel antennas with 4 new panel antennas (less than 2.8m long) on new mounts on the rooftop; the installation of 12 new 5G active antenna units (AAU) (less than 1m long) on new mounts on the rooftop; the replacement of the existing remote radio units (RRUs) with 21 new RRUs; the removal of one (1) GPS antenna and installation of two (2) new GPS antenna; the relocation of existing Land-owner Satellite Dish; the installation of associated ancillary equipment, including extension of an existing cable ladder and internal reconfiguration and upgrade works in the equipment shelter.


2. Vodafone & Optus regards the proposed installation as a Low-impact Facility under the Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities) Determination 2018 based on the description above.


3. The proposed infrastructure will comply with the ACMA EME regulatory arrangements. An EME Report and further information can be obtained at http://www.rfnsa.com.au/3000131.
