PROPOSAL TO UPGRADE EXISTING MOBILE PHONE BASE

STATION AT 30 UNWIN STREET, MOOROOKA QLD 4105 INCLUDING 5G

1. The proposed upgrade to the existing facility involves:

• Installation of three new 5G antennas to be located on the existing mounts;
• Replacement of existing panel antennas with new panel antennas on the existing and new mounts. Antennas will measure no more than 2.8m long;
• Reconfiguration of existing and installation of new ancillary equipment, including RRUs, GPS antenna, cabling and other items associated with safety and operation of the facility;
• Reconfiguration and installation of equipment within the existing equipment shelter.

2. Vodafone regard the proposed installation as Low Impact Facility under the Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities) Determination 2018 ("The Determination") based on the description above.
