PROPOSAL TO OPEN ROAD
I, Robert Ian Sarib, Surveyor-General, under section 18 of the Control of Roads Act 1953:
(a) give notice of a proposal to open a road over NT Portion 8075 in accordance with Survey Plan S2023/409 and as shown on the map in the Schedule; and

Survey Plan No S2023/409 may be inspected at the office of the Surveyor-General, Level 1 Energy House, 18-20 Cavenagh Street, Darwin NT.
Under section 20 of the Act, a person may object to the proposal by serving notice on the Minister. The notice must:
(a) be served personally or by post within 28 days from the later of the publication of this notice in the Gazette or a local newspaper; and
(b) state the grounds for objections.
Postal objections may be served on the Minister for Lands, Planning and Environment GPO Box 1680, Darwin NT 0801.
