Proposal to install new Mobile Phone Base Station’s at:

58 North Logan Road, Cowra NSW, 2794

157 Bells Road, Oakey Park NSW, 2790

11 Leewood Drive, Orange NSW, 2800

Waveconn has identified the future need for improved telecommunications coverage and services within the Cowra, Orange and Lithgow areas. Waveconn plans to install new telecommunications facilities at the above addresses.

1. The proposals consist of the following:

• At Cowra: the installation of one (1) 30m monopole;
• At both Oakey Park and Orange: the installation of one (1) 25m monopole;
• The installation of a triangular headframe; and
• The installation of a fenced security compound.

2. Waveconn regards the proposed installations as Exempt and Complying Development under the provisions of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Transport and Infrastructure) 2021.
