1. The proposed facility consists of the Installation of a 40m monopole with a triangular headframe mounted on top, Installation of six (6) panel antenna (each no longer than 2.8m), Installation of Security fence, One (1) Telstra equipment shelter, installation of ancillary equipment (such as feeder cables, radio units) and auxiliary works in a 10m x 10m compound.
2. Telstra regards the proposed installation as an Exempt and Complying Development in accordance with the State Environmental Planning Policy (Transport and Infrastructure) 2021 based on the description above.
3. The proposed infrastructure will be in compliance with the ACMA EMR regulatory arrangements.
4. In accordance with Section 6 of the C564: 2020 Mobile Phone Base Station Deployment Code we invite you to provide feedback about the proposal.
