Waveconn has identified the future need for improved telecommunications coverage and services within the Inverell West area, as well as in Dubbo. Waveconn plans to install a new telecommunications facility at the above addresses.

1. The proposals consist of the following at each address:

• The installation of one (1) 30m monopole;

• The installation of a triangular headframe; and

• The installation of a fenced security compound.

2. Waveconn regards the proposed installations as Exempt and Complying Development under the provisions of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Transport and Infrastructure) 2021.
