OPTUS PROPOSAL TO UPGRADE MOBILE PHONE BASE STATION AT

1. The proposal consists of the following:

• A new triangular headframe on the existing monopole,
• 3 new panel antennas measuring less than 2.8m in height,
• 12 new remote radio units behind antennas,
• Outdoor equipment units to house electrical equipment, and
• Ancillary equipment such as cabling, cable trays, and a GPS antenna.

1. Optus regards the proposed installation as a Low-impact Facilitiy under the Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities) Determination 2018 ("The Determination") based on the description above.
