ARTHUR WILLIAM BERTELSMEIER otherwise WILLIAM ARTHUR BERTELSMEIER formerly of 67 Sixth Avenue, Ascot Park SA 5043 but late of 7A Wheaton Street, South Plympton, SA 5038 who died on 18th June 2024
All creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims (to which Section 29 of the Trustee Act 1936 relates), against the above estate are required to send in writing to the executor AUSTRALIAN EXECUTOR TRUSTEES LIMITED 007 869 794of Level 14/45 Pirie Street, Adelaide, SA 5000, full particulars and proof of such claims within twenty eight (28) days of the date of publication hereof, after which date the executor will proceed to distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
