Section 76 of the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995 (SA)
Notice is given:
1. That Trincomalee Pty Ltd (ACN 008 082 264) of 14 South Terrace, Kensington Gardens SA 5068 is in possession of the following goods:
Gym equipment, TV screen, children's play pen fencing, time clock, sound system, floating wall, reception & POS hardware, consumer electronics, misc. business related products and materials.
2. That the above listed goods were left at the retail premises located at Tenancy 5, 10-14 Regency Road, Kilkenny SA 5009.
3. That the goods have now been relocated and are being stored at Mason Gray Strange Auctioneers & Valuers, 370/378 Torrens Road, Kilkenny SA 5009.
4. The lease of the retail premises between Trincomalee Pty Ltd (ACN 008 082 264) (as trustee for the Trincomalee Trust ABN 48 701 098 154) and Trovas Fitness Pty Ltd (ACN 162 887 023) was terminated on 12 February 2025.
5. If the above listed goods are not reclaimed by the payment of reasonable costs as required under section 76 of the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995 (SA) within the 60 day period referred to in that section, the goods will be sold.
