NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR COLLECTION OF GOODS

Notice for the collection of goods is given pursuant to section 5 of the Unclaimed Goods Act 1987 (SA)

Having acquired Australian Executor Trustees on 30 November 2022, we, being Equity Trustees, are currently in possession of items left by the persons listed below, either in a safe deposit box or custody, in the sub-basement of 182 Victoria Square, Adelaide.

We request that the persons listed below (or their legal personal representative/s) collect their items from the sub-basement of 182 Victoria Square, Adelaide within 42 days of this notice:

Jewellery, watches, coins and artworks

Maxwell Clement Flannagan, Unknown address
Jewellery, watches and coins

We are also in possession of the following items with no details of who left them in a safety deposit box or custody with us:

2 of 18ct Gold Rings (one with silver insert band)
9ct Yellow Gold Band
Sundry trinkets including Costume Jewellery, International Coins, Cufflinks, Religious Crucifix

We request that the persons listed above or anyone who can provide evidence of ownership contact our Client First team on 1800 882... to arrange a suitable time to attend the sub-basement at 182 Victoria Square, Adelaide and collect these items.

In the event that no one attends the sub-basement at 182 Victoria Square, Adelaide to collect these items within 42 days of this notice, then we may, after 3 months, proceed to sell or dispose of them in accordance with the Unclaimed Goods Act 1987 (SA).
