Notice of the proposed sale of goods is given pursuant to section 6 of the Unclaimed Goods Act 1987 (SA)

Having acquired Australian Executor Trustees on 30 November 2022, we, being Equity Trustees, are currently in possession of items left by the persons listed below, either in a safe deposit box or in custody, in the sub-basement of 182 Victoria Square, Adelaide.

Equity Trustees proposes to sell the goods at public auction to be conducted by Kearns Auctions & Valuations, 2A Burwood Avenue, Nailsworth SA 5083 via an online live auction at https://kearnsauctions.com.au on 2 March 2025 commencing at 7:00 pm.

The persons listed above or anyone who can provide evidence of ownership may collect the goods before they are sold by firstly contacting the Client First team at Equity Trustees on 1300 133... to arrange a suitable time to attend Kearns Auctions & Valuations, 2A Burwood Avenue, Nailsworth SA 5083 and collect these items.
