BIGAMBUL NATIVE TITLE ABORIGINAL CORPORATION RNTBC (ICN 8479)

The Bigambul Native Title Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (BNTAC) invites all Bigambul People to attend a meeting of the common law native title holders in the area of the Bigambul determinations (Bigambul People Part A QCD2016/012 and Bigambul People Part B QCD2017/003) (Bigambul People NT Determinations) and to consult with and obtain their consent to a proposed native title decision.

The native title decision is to make an Indigenous land use agreement (ILUA) between BNTAC and QGC Pty Limited ACN 089 642 553 (QGC). The proposed ILUA is intended to supplement the existing ILUA entered into between the Bigambul People and QGC which was registered on 12 January 2012 (QI2010/024) and subsequently assigned to BNTAC (Original ILUA).
