It is my intention to declare a first and final dividend in the above-named estate. Pursuant to sections 140 and 145 of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cth), creditors must give to me Proof of their Debt on or before 6 June 2025.
Creditors who have not proved their debts on or before 6 June 2025 may be excluded from the distribution.
