Notice of By-law Review
Pursuant to section 249 of the Local Government Act 1999, notice is hereby given that at its meeting held on 7 April 2025, the Council endorsed the proposed By-laws listed below for community consultation:
1. By-law No 1 Permits and Penalties 2025
2. By-law No 2 Moveable Signs 2025
3. By-law No 3 Roads By-law 2025
4. By-law No 4 Local Government Land 2025
5. By-law No 5 Dogs 2025
6. By-law No 6 Waste Management 2025
7. By-law No 7 Cats 2025
Copies of the proposed By-laws are now available on the Council’s website https://www.npsp.sa.gov.au ; or during office hours at the Norwood Town Hall, 175 The Parade, Norwood.
Comments in respect to the proposed By-laws are to be received via the Council’s website or townhall@npsp.sa.gov.au no later than 5.00pm, Friday 13 June 2025.
