NOTICE OF AUCTION FOR SALE OF LAND FOR OVERDUE RATES AND/OR CHARGES City of Brisbane Regulation 2012 (Qld)
In accordance with Chapter 4, Part 12, Division 3 of the City of Brisbane Regulation 2012 (Qld), Brisbane City Council hereby gives notice:
That unless ALL overdue rates, interest, and charges together with ALL expenses incurred by Council in attempting to sell the properties, as fully described in the Schedule below (the Properties) are paid, the Properties will be sold by public auction.

Note: Terms of Payment – Deposit of $5,000.00 of the Purchase Price following the fall of hammer to be paid by cash or bank cheque payable to “Brisbane City Council” and the signing of the REIQ Contract for Houses and Residential Land (nineteenth edition, including Special Conditions in Annexure ‘A’), with the Balance Purchase Price to be paid by bank cheque as directed by Brisbane City Council at settlement on 17 June 2025 (being 14 days after the auction and Contract Date).
