NOTICE is given that the Recorder of Titles intends, after the expiration of fourteen days, to issue a new Certificate of Title pursuant to Section 35 of the Land Titles Act 1980 to replace Certificate of Title Volume 154758 Folio 269 in the name/s of RICHMOND INVESTMENTS TASMANIA LIMITED to the land situate in the City of CLARENCE which is declared to have been lost, mislaid or destroyed.
