NOTICE is given that the Recorder of Titles intends, after the expiration of fourteen days, to issue a new Certificate of Title pursuant to Section 35 of the Land Titles Act 1980 to replace Certificate of Title Volume 183235 Folio 149 in the name/s of XIAYUAN LIN and XIAN CHEN to the land situate in the City of CLARENCE which is declared to have been lost, mislaid or destroyed.
