NOTICE OF ABORIGINAL CULTURAL HERITAGE ASSESSMENT - REGISTRATIONS OF INTEREST

Extent Heritage, on behalf of Bradfield Development Authority (50 Belmore Street, Penrith NSW 2750), is undertaking an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment Report for proposed developments at 95, 115, 125 and part 135 Badgerys Creek Road, Bradfield NSW as Stages 2C (Lot 3 DP244113) and 2D (Lot 1 DP244113, Lot 8 DP243457, and part Lot 7 DP243457) to facilitate the construction of access roads to Bradfield City Centre. These works may result in applications for Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permits under s90 of the National Parks & Wildlife Act 1974.
We are inviting registrations from Aboriginal individuals/organisations, who may hold relevant cultural knowledge for determining the Aboriginal cultural heritage of the area and any associated significance, and who wish to be involved in the community consultation process.
