Notice for Claims

Creditors, next of kin and others having claims or an interest in respect of the property or estate of the undermentioned deceased are required to send particulars of their claim to the executor, Stephen Fahan Dixon, c/- Tierney Law, GPO Box 16, Hobart 7001, on or before 16^th June 2025, after which date the executors may distribute those estates, having regard only to the claims of persons of which they then have notice:

• George Giannaros late of Uniting Agewell, 10 Strathaven Drive, Rosetta, Tasmania who died on 1 January 2025
• George Joseph Bilinski late of 759 Lachlan Road, Lachlan, Tasmania who died between 7 June 2024 and 22 June 2024
• Lois Pauline Simpson late of Corumbene Nursing Home, 13-23 Lower Road New Norfolk, Tasmania, who died on 14 January 2025
