In recognition and respect for the role that Aboriginal people play in managing and protecting their cultural heritage and in accordance with Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Consultation Requirements for Proponents 2010, Freecity Crows Nest Development Pty Ltd (c/o Daniel Hodgson, Level 1, 8 Khartoum Road, Macquarie Park 2113) and Archaeological Management and Consulting Group (AMAC), invite Aboriginal persons or organisations who hold cultural knowledge relevant to determining the cultural significance of Aboriginal object(s) and/or place(s) in the area of the proposed development, to register their interest in participating in the consultation process, regarding the Aboriginal cultural significance and archaeological assessment of the proposed mixed use development at Lot 1/-/DP177051, Lot 4/-/DP663560, Lot 1/-/DP 573543, Lot 5/-/DP4320, and Lot 1/-/DP577047 – 378 - 390 Pacific Highway, Crow’s Nest, New South Wales, 2065.
This will be carried out with the view to assist, Freecity Crows Nest Development Pty Ltd in completing an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment and possible test excavation for the proposed development.
Registered parties will be included in the formal consultation process.
