MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF ROXBY DOWNS 2024/2025 DRAFT ANNUAL BUSINESS PLAN
OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE SUBMISSIONS
Pursuant to Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1999, Council has prepared a Draft Annual Business Plan and Budget which sets out matters that Council has identified for action in 2024/2025 consistent with Council’s long-term strategic objectives.
This Draft Annual Business Plan and Budget forms the basis of the 2024/2025 Budget and is publicly available with the opportunity to make submissions prior to Council finalising and adopting the final Business Plan and Budget.
Formal written submissions will be received at the Council Office, 6 Richardson Place Roxby Downs, by mail at PO Box 124, Roxby Downs SA 5725 or by email roxby@roxbycouncil.com.au until 6.30pm Friday 17 May 2024.

•The Community Hub, Shop 8/12-28 Richardson Place on Roxby Downs on Monday 1 May 2024 @ 10:00am
•The Dunes Cafe, 15 Richardson Place Roxby Downs on Monday 6 May 2024 @ 10:30am
•The Community Library, Richardson Place Roxby Downs on Monday 6 May 2024 @ 4:30pm
A Facebook presentation will be launched on Wednesday 8 May 2024 @ 10:30am to provide an overview of the Draft Annual Business Plan and Budget 2024/2025.
These sessions provide an overview of the plan, with the opportunity to provide feedback.
Community members may also present their submissions at a Public Meeting to be held at the Council Boardroom, 6 Richardson Place, Roxby Downs at commencing at 4:30pm for one hour on Wednesday 29 May 2024.
