We, Liquorland (Australia) Pty Ltd applied to The Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation on 20 May 2025 for the grant of packaged liquor licence at 11 Valiant Rd, Smythes Creek 3351. Any person may object to the grant of this application on the grounds that:
• it would detract from, or be detrimental to, the amenity of the area in which the premises are situated and/or
• it would be conducive to or encourage the misuse or abuse of alcohol.
Any objection must state the reasons for the objection. All objections are treated as public documents.
