IMPOUNDED VEHICLES
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 40N of the Road Traffic Act 1961, that the following vehicles have been impounded by the City of Port Adelaide Enfield :A white Leyland Passenger Bus SOF951 from Estella St Osborne. Council has been unable to locate the registered owner of the vehicles. If the owner s of the vehicle (s) does not, within 1 month after service or publication of the notice relating to the removal of the vehicle, take possession of the vehicle ; and pay all expenses in connection with the removal, custody and maintenance of the vehicle and of serving, posting or publishing the notice, the council will take steps to sell or dispose of the vehicle in accordance with section 40P of the Road Traffic Act 1961.
