Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 237 of the Local Government Act 1999, on 3/05/2024 at 1.40pm a Silver Toyota Corolla sedan displaying South Australian Registration number XFB940, was removed from Ashbrook Avenue, PAYNEHAM SA 5070 and impounded at 1754 Main North Road SAILISBURY, SA 5109. Take note: a) Your vehicle has been moved to the location stated in this notice; b) If you do not, within one (1) month after service of this notice, take possession of the vehicle and pay all expenses in connection with the removal, custody and maintenance of the vehicle and of the serving, posting or publishing of this Notice, the Council will take steps to sell or dispose of the vehicle in accordance with Section 237 of the Local Government Act 1999.
