PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT an application under Section 93 of the Heritage Act 2017 for a permit
for works for repairs and partial rebuilding of the timber inner section of Flinders Pier. The works
include like for like replacement of deteriorated and structurally unsound timber elements. has been
lodged with the Executive Director, Heritage Victoria.
A copy of the application is available for inspection at https://www.heritage.vic.gov.au or at the offices of

Any person may lodge a submission in respect of the application within 14 days of publication of this
notice. Submissions must be in writing and addressed to Heritage Victoria GPO Box 2392
