Jacaranda Housing seeks to establish social housing on the site. The proposal includes:
▪ 4 storey building comprising 12 x 1-bedroom units ▪ Ground floor carparking – 9 spaces incl 3 visitor spaces ▪ Bicycle parking – 10 spaces incl 3 visitor spaces ▪ Communal open space provided at ground floor ▪ Pedestrian and vehicle access via Clowes Lane. ▪ Pedestrian access via Newmarket Road.
The proposal has been submitted as a request for a Ministerial Infrastructure Designation (MID) under the Planning Act 2016.
